Bud & Burger Competition Team Requirements, Expectations & Info:
EVENT RESCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, APRIL 11*
·Teams will be required to prepare a minimum of 250 servings (250 sliders or 65 burgers cut into quarters)
·Teams will be required to have 1 burger or 4 sliders prepared for blind judging
·To help offset the cost of beef, each team will receive $100 stipend from the Main Street Association
· We would like each team to have samples ready at the 6:00p.m., 7:00p.m., and 8:00p.m. hours to ensure samples available to all event attendees throughout the evening, not just those that come in the first hour.
·Each team will be gifted 1 case of beer by sponsor Mitchell Distributing. This is not to be given out to the public.
·Each team will receive 4 event t-shirts
· Each guest will receive 4 sampling tokens when they pay admission.
·You will give guests 1 sample for each token (Each guest can sample up to 4 team’s burgers)
