DOWNTOWN TUPELO SPRING OPEN HOUSE

Celebrate the arrival of spring in Downtown Tupelo on Saturday, March 28 during the annual Downtown Tupelo Spring Open House. Downtown retailers will be showcasing new spring merchandise and seasonal arrivals just in time for Easter shopping. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore locally owned shops, discover fresh styles, and enjoy a day in the heart of Downtown.

Several special events will also take place throughout the day. At 11:00 AM, the GumTree Museum of Art and Reed’s Women’s Store will present Wearable Art: Derby Style, a fashion show featuring artist-designed bespoke fascinators paired with dresses from Reed’s. Following the show, the fascinators will be auctioned as a fundraiser for the GumTree Museum of Art.

Later in the afternoon, the Tupelo Parks & Recreation Department will host the annual Cherry Blossom Festival at The Depot from 2:00–5:00 PM, offering a festive way to celebrate the season.

Downtown restaurants will also be joining in the celebration with spring-themed cocktails and seasonal menu items throughout the day.

Participating downtown retailers open for the Spring Open House include BlairHaus Interiors, Fleet Feet, Haven Studio, LA Green, MLM Clothiers, Reed’s Department Store, Reed’s GumTree Bookstore and Gift Shop, Spring Boutique, The Caron Gallery, and Van Atkins Jewelers.
